01 Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
Welcome to Y N Classes. By accessing our platform, student portal, exam engines, or academic resources, you expressly consent to be bound by these Terms of Use.
- Age Requirement: Students under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian's permission to enrol and use this platform.
- Information Accuracy: You represent that all information provided during registration (name, email, target exam, batch) is true and complete.
- Access Rights: We reserve the right to restrict access to the platform at any time, without notice, if you violate any provision of this Agreement.
02 Content & Intellectual Property License
All lecture material, mock tests, PDFs, video content, UI designs, and layouts provided on the Y N Classes platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Y N Classes and Prof. Yogesh Nagar. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use only.
Under this license, you may not:
- Modify, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any material made available on the platform.
- Publicly share course content, PDFs, or videos on Telegram, WhatsApp groups, or any public forum.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or scrape any part of the software or content delivery system.
- Remove copyright notices or "mirror" our material on another server or platform.
03 Community Code of Conduct
If you participate in our doubt-solving groups, batch communities, or discussion forums, you must follow these behavioural guidelines. Y N Classes does not tolerate:
- Spam & Scams: Posting unwanted, repetitive content or links to unrelated external sites.
- Impersonation: Pretending to be another student, faculty member, or entity using fake names or images.
- Harassment: Bullying, abusive language, or sharing someone's personal information without consent.
- Platform Disabling: Introducing malware, viruses, or attempting to disrupt our servers.
04 Malpractice & Exam Engine Bypassing
Our mock test engine is built to simulate an authentic MHT-CET/JEE/NEET testing environment. To keep our rank analytics fair for every student, tampering with the engine is strictly prohibited.
The following actions may result in an account suspension or permanent ban, with no right to a refund:
- Accessing hidden server routes or extracting proprietary questions and answer keys via inspection tools.
- Deploying bots, auto-clickers, or timing manipulation scripts during a test.
- Bypassing device-lock or forcefully injecting custom scripts via the developer console.
- Sharing session tokens or login credentials with another person or across multiple devices concurrently.
05 Payments via Razorpay
To enrol in a batch, course, or premium test series, you must pay the applicable fee. All payments on our platform are processed securely through Razorpay, an RBI-regulated payment aggregator supporting UPI, cards, net-banking, and wallets.
- Secure Processing: Your payment details are handled directly by Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure; Y N Classes does not store your card or banking credentials.
- Confirmed Transactions: Once a payment is successfully processed and enrolment is confirmed, the order is considered final, subject to our Refund Policy.
- Taxes: Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown at checkout before you complete the payment.
- Failed/Duplicate Payments: If an amount is deducted but enrolment is not confirmed, Razorpay's automated systems typically reverse the amount to your original payment source within a few business days; you may also contact us directly for assistance.
06 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided to you "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind.
While we strive to provide accurate, high-yield content and diligent teaching, Y N Classes makes no representation that the platform will operate without interruption or be entirely error-free. We do not guarantee that using our platform or attending our classes will result in admission to any specific college or a guaranteed exam score. In no event shall Y N Classes be liable for any damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the platform.
07 Governing Law
Any claim relating to this platform shall be governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction. We reserve the right to update this Agreement and our policies at any time; continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
